I'm getting the feeling people don't like Capcom that much right now.

First Mega Man Legends 3 got cancelled for not meeting some mysterious "required criteria" which is easy enough to read as "someone realised a sequel to a spinoff that's been inactive for ten years was not going to sell that well, especially on system like the current 3DS".

You know what I think would be a great resource for gamers to have?  A database of RPGs (J or otherwise) that lists roughly how long it would take to complete each game, with estimates for both reaching the ending and getting a 100% file (for completionist freaks like me).  I still like JRPGs but I've barely touched the genre over the past few ( Read more... )

I really don't like the idea of Lightning being in the contest.  Her game may be 'out' but I doubt that more than a fraction of her 19,335 voters have actually played it.  Supporting a character based on just trailer impressions somehow seems dishonest to me.

I just read GGXX Accent Core Plus is to have a Western release.  This is the fifth revision of GGXX (original, #Reload, Slash, AC, AC+) which means it now has as many revisions as Street Fighter 2 had for most of it's existence (original, CE, Turbo, Super, Super Turbo).  The two would be even in number if SF2 hadn't made a recent sixth version with ( Read more... )

Tatsunoko vs Capcom has no surprise characters. The whole cast was announced before the release and there was nobody left to find. It's always disappointing when that happens.
